Why Corporate Drumming Workshops?

At 2020 Effect we believe everyone can make music – confidence is built by breaking down the barrier “I haven’t got any rhythm”. Our corporate drumming workshops will help delegates build confidence through music and collaboration.

Corporate drumming workshops break down barriers, developing team building skills and are generally a great fun team activity!

Corporate Drumming events are suitable for:

– Conferences
– Promotional Events
– Stress Management
– Communication Days
– An Ice-breaker or Event Closer
– Conferences
– Entertainment

To successfully make music together a group of people have to listen to one another, relax, feel the rhythm and move beyond other challenges. During our corporate drumming workshops mutual acknowledgment and respect for others emerge as each participant sees the overall sound is greater than any individual part. A powerful experience of successfully working together.

I happened to stumble onto 2020 Effect and I can’t imagine a happier accident! As an events management one-stop-shop, they have been able to tap into my events programme, not only providing entertainment and resources but also their enthusiasm and expertise means that they have been able to add value to the events and activities that I had already planned and booked. They are fantastic partners and I would have no hesitations in recommending them.

The African Drumming workshops went really well, I was very impressed!! George was a fantastic African Drumming instructor and really motivated the young people, some of which had extensive additional learning needs.

The session were well structured but flexible for the y/p needs, and all the y/p engaged. The school has received good feedback from the y/p and the staff attending, i will forward this on if they send it to me. Thanks again, and we are still trying to arrange two more schools to be involved, i will be in touch soon for more African drumming workshops.

We had a fantastic day on Sunday and I would like to say how marvelous the African Drumming workshops were. None of our young people have experienced African Drumming workshops before or anything like it before. We were all so impressed by the couple who came and managed to smile and be constantly enthusiastic all day! Thank you Trap Media and I will sing your praises to all from now on.

I’m not sure if Yve has contacted you since we had the African Drumming workshop on 24th October. But the session was excellent, the African drummer (Mohamed) was interactive, friendly and had the group engaged to the African Drumming Workshops. Many thanks for a fabulous African experience!

S Buck – British Music Experience – the O2, London

The African drumming workshops and Junk Percussion workshops went very smoothly and both facilitators were great, very interactive which is just what we were looking for. If we do decide to do a similar series of African Drumming workshops I’ll be sure to check out your web site.

Dear 2020 Effect
Suffice to say George lived up to the recommendation for African Drumming Workshops. The children had a great time and George was very willing to fit in with our needs (including working in a very restrictive space as the party proved so popular). I would very much like to book a African drumming workshop with George next year so will be in touch when the event is planned and hopefully he will be available.

I will pass the word around about George and will be in touch sometime in 2010.

F. Melmoe – East Surrey College – Surrey

Thank you for sending such amiable and professional workshop leaders (Origami and African Drumming) to us this week! Could you pass my thanks on to them, I have had nothing but positive reviews from all of the staff and students who had the chance to be in the sessions.

Kind Regards

J. Milton – Science Museum, London
